With over 300 members, and more than 60 years of rich tradition in Central Alberta, the RDCA is the place to be if you are involved in the commercial construction industry. Education & Safety

We provide a diverse range of construction, safety, and business-related courses designed specifically for the commercial construction sector. Our courses provide members with access to relevant and industry-leading training. Additionally, many of our courses are aligned with the Gold Seal Standard, a benchmark established by the Canadian Construction Association.

Advocacy

The RDCA is the voice for commercial construction in Central Alberta. Our members are represented provincially with the Alberta Construction Association and nationally with the Canadian Construction Association. We work closely with our local municipalities and owners to drive fair and transparent procurement that benefits our communities.

Customer Service

The RDCA offers a number of services to our members including CCDC documents, blueprints, classroom and meeting spaces as well as industry intel. With our expansive industry connections, we are the information source for the construction industry within Central Alberta.
